Seattle’s alphabet evokes both past and present: from a cabin created by Arthur Denny of the founding Denny Party through the Hat 'n' Boots gas station displaying kitsch in all its glory to the glorious globe atop the Seattle PI building and beyond. The roots of Seattle still play in our everyday lives, helping the important cultural aspects of flight and innovation sustain our sense of direction.
